Not sure what to say?

For Adrienne: God grant you peace and tranquility. For Rene: we hope your journey to our Lord was swift.

I have been a friend of Aurelie's for over 40 years and Rene and Andrienne have always welcome me in their home to share many happy family events. Their influence has helped make me the person I am today especially through their spiritual guidance. They are a true inspiration of love and perserverance. He will be missed.

Another from the 'Greatest Generation' in God's care.
Thank you for your service.

Yes, the world has lost a fantastic man. Uncle Rene brought smiles, laughter, energy and fun to great family gatherings, competitive cribbage games, and countless hot dog and bean dinners!

His love for Ma tante, Adrienne, his entire family, and his service to his country is proof of his value to mankind.

We love and will miss him dearly. Our sympathy to all the family.

Uncle Rene always wore the warmest smile on his face. I will always remember him laughing, playing cribbage, and bringing over maple squares to my grandparent's house. Much love to everyone -- especially Matante, Aurelie and my Pepere. xxoo Renee (and Rick and Raina)

We are so sad. Uncle Rene was our favorite Uncle. We could talk politics, religion, psychology, any subject and he would always listen and debate us. He was fun. Once we were driving in the car with him, we could always get him to stop at garage sales. Not that he wanted to, but that he could not say no to his nieces We are proud to have had the best Uncle. We are so sorry Mataunte and Aurelie and family for your loss. We loved him too.
