You gave me good advise and also Baptised all 3 of my children at the same time and I am forever grateful to you for you saved my life.Thank you.To the family I am deeply sorry for your lost but Know That part of him is always in my family' heart.AMEN

It has been over 60 years since you made numerous visits to our home to comfort my Grandmother who was dying of cancer. Your gentle spirit and words of comfort helped not only her, but my parents and me. I have never forgotten you.

Rest in Heaven Monsignor Gauthreaux. Went to mass at St Maria Goretti Church since I was a kid. I no longer live in New Orleans but I will never forget going to St Maria Goretti and hearing Monsignor Gauthreauxs sermons and he was always some you could go to for spiritual advice.

Seldom has someone touched the lives of so many individuals, or become such a part of the fabric of a community as Msgr Gautreaux. Fortunately the church parish that he so long served will forever bear the stamp of his devotion, perseverance, and faith, and his presence will always be felt.

Yes, my sister and I have move away but no matter how far we roam, you, Monsignor Earl Gauthreaux, and St. Maria Goretti Church will always be memories of home. Blessings to your wonderful family and friends. Please continue to send your blessings down on us from on high!
