Rex Thorn Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Martha Thorn; children, M.Baine Thorn, Catherine Rexanne Sykes, Angela Christine Nichols; brother, Bryan Thorn; sister, Millie Wilkinson and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Rex was a devout Christian known for his love for the Lord and Southern hospitality. His generous and astute personality permeated through his personal and business dealings. Through his sharp negotiation skills and superb intellect, he and Martha started and grew successful companies that operated across the States and internationally. Most importantly, he loved Martha as his wife, helpmate and best friend; the two together made an outstanding team whose connection was apparent and obvious to all around. Rex was loved by many family, friends, and business associates, and will be deeply missed.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019, from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Leak Memory Chapel with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tom Baugher, Nick Baugher, Willie Jinright, Travis Jinright, Richard Jinright and John jinright.
