Not sure what to say?

Dear Rhoda--When I wanted to become a fox hunter with a couple of other friends, we called Rhoda and asked her to take us out in advance of the season. She gave us the courage to join the hunt. When Rhoda was on her beautiful steed, leading us in the field, she'd look back at her goslings and say, "Just stick in my pocket." And stick in her pocket we did to experience the thrill of the ride. She was an amazing and accomplished woman ahead of her time and a good friend.

Rhoda was always friendly and up for good conversation, those of us at Masons Island Marina will miss her dearly

Rhoda took me on as a volunteer to work on the Morgan restoration. She gave me the expierence of my life by working on the Morgans Rigging and for all the times I volunteered when she was on the 38th voyage. Rhoda you will be missed and thank you for providing me with the experience of a life time....Lester Palifka

Rhoda was truly one of the most remarkable women one could have ever had the gift of knowing. Just when I thought I had heard all of the incredible stories of her life; there were always more. Thanks to Howard for bringing such wonderful love and happiness in her later years.

Rhoda will be sorely missed. We worked for & with her at Mystic Seaport for many years. Rhoda was a remarkable woman in MANY ways. Our deepest sympathies to her dear husband, Howard, her family & many friends.

Fondly, Charlie & Jan Kepner
