Dear Ruth & Family,

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. I worked with Dick at St. Paul Companies in the Surplus Lines Dept. and found him to be so caring and kind to everyone. I have to say I was shocked to find out he passed away as he was way too young. He will be missed for sure. My love to all.
