Uncle Dick was a pillar in Elgin all his life. Having a great wife(Jean) by his side and 3 children to provide for,he became Mr True Value to the area.All questions answered when you needed something from any of the stores he operated.Always a smile and hello when you saw him at work or at his house,doing yard work.And what a yard!
