I've worked some nights with Rich at Amazon and he always was friendly with a big Hi Fran!
He worked hard and told me he worked 2 jobs because he had a mortgage.
I thought, WOW!
He came up to me one night and gave me a hug and said " I haven't seen you in awhile, I missed you!"
