Dick & Vi have been such great neighbors and we will miss chating & seeing him take care of his energetic landscaping. We really apreciated his sense of local history including the Johnson's & enjoying the Getaway & Chicago times. Sweet memories of Harbor Country to enjoy for Vi, the kids, & all the grand children.

To a young officer in the early 70's Lt. "Buzz" Dwyer was the most admired, and respected boss in the 18th District. He led by example and you were glad as he always had your back.
And tonight when you look in the sky above you'll notice it a little brighter as a new star has been added to the heavens above.

Eternal Rest Grant unto him Lord...& may the angels led you into paradise...clergy @St. Agnes

A respected, admired police boss from a very different era in our city's life...a fine, strong husband and dad but you Dwyer's know that better than anybody. May he know God's perfect creation now.

To the family of Richard Dwyer. May the love of family and friends comfort you. Blessed are they that mourned: for they shall be comforted.
