I will always remember the "Rhinestone Cowboy". I know that heaven rejoices and that George is having a great time reminiscing old polo memories with his dear friend. I loved Dick so much, he was a rare and irreplaceable soul. Blessings to all of you, I am so sorry I cannot be there.

Dear Stacy,

I am sorry to hear the passing of your father. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

I met Mr & Mrs Frank back when I was in my late teens. I used to hang out at their house with Stacy and others. They were about the same age as my parents but the conversations were much different. They really understood my rebellious generation and were always available to talk and help. He will be missed.

Dear Stacy,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many cherished memories of our times together and of your dad. May God send to you His comforter and His peace in the days and weeks ahead. Please send my love to your mom and to Hillary and Courtney. Your family has a very special place in my heart.
Hugs and Blessings,

One of the best and brightest, married one of the best and brightest and both became wonderful, joyful friends that we will always treasure. I still smile at the memory of conferencing cases together when we were both younger. It is a wonderful mix when one with all the brilliance that was Dick, coupled that with a humor that was always kind.

Dick Frank was a legal giant. He gave me and countless others their start in the legal profession where we have strived to be like him. He was a zealous advocate, an outstanding jurist, an enriching person and a man dedicated to his family. He will be missed by all.

Dick Frank was an outstanding man, a fine judge, and a true friend. We shall miss him!

Dick was one of the most brilliant, fascinating and entertaining people I have ever known. He always treated me warmly and kindly, and he taught me a great deal. It was a pleasure to advocate before him, even when he was giving me a hard time. And then it was a true honor to serve alongside him--even when he was giving me a hard time. Rest easy, my friend.
