Dear Garlington family,

I had the pleasure to work side by side with Dick for 8 years at the Post Office and never met a more pleasant/hard working person. I know he will be missed.

To the Garlington Family. My condolences still goes out to you all.
Take a look at this candle light bright as ever. The light is bright because Richard wanted the family to know that when you keep your heads to the sky that a flickering light is in your eyes Richard is letting you know everything will be alright.
