Not sure what to say?

Rich was a mentor to me at CMI, my first job out of college. He was wickedly smart, and had a great sense of humor. He taught me much about electronics and life. Celebrate his life. Good man.

Mr. Grimsley was how I knew Richard. Looking back at the time when I was growing up and knowing all three of his children, as well as his step children, he was always such a pleasant person to be around. His sense of humor, positive energy, and wisdom to be for sure will be missed, but not forgotten. Angie, Brian, Jessica, Jon, and Emily, may your loss only solidify the legacy that he has left behind. Although I know how your hearts may ache, he will always live in your heart and memories.

My condolences to Rich's family. I worked with Rich for about 10 years at Cincinnati Microwave. He was a great guy to work with.

I met rich a few times and knew family members who had good things to say. My sympathy.

Rich was such a wonderful person. Always brought out the best in everyone. Was my pleasure to work for him at CMI. Love and prayers to the family. One of the best men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I never met Rich personally but I spoke and corresponded with him occasionally over the past four years concerning work matters between the companies we work for. He was always very kind and easy to relate to. He will be missed.

My sympathies to his family, friends and co-workers.

May God ease your pain at his loss.

Rich was one of my mentors as I entered the work world after college. Great sense of humor, wickedly smart, and wise beyond his years. So sad to hear of his passing. Celebrate his life, his personal and professional accomplishments, and remember the good times.

Angela, you and your family will be in our prayers!

Rich was a fine man with a great sense of humor, integrity and intellect. I am honored to have called him a friend and colleague.
