Not sure what to say?

Dear Eileen:

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Richard's passing and wanted to send my deepest and most heartfelt condolences on your loss. Richard was a fantastic guy and I truly enjoyed working with him over the years. As a fellow Badger, I have many fond memories of chatting with him about sports and, especially, seeing the both of you at the 2010 Rose Bowl.

Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May you find strength and peace...
