Not sure what to say?

I worked w/Dick as a counselor at Bangor High School for a few years. He was a wonderful guy to work with and for. He left you to do your best w/out imposing his beliefs or philosophy on you. He helped us and a lot of kids. God bless him.He will be missed!!!!

Dear Dear Dick, What a Real nut you were!! You kept us straight and always in line. Your hugs were a little too much but acceptable. We will miss you, you old fox Lots of love from you neighbor Pat Blake. Remember the time you tied a crate of lobsters off the end of our wharf and somehow they got away? Oh my!!

Dear Richard, Ellen, Sarah and Acadia,
We loved to be around Dick, whom we knew during 7 years of renting in Harborside, to enjoy his company and to learn from him. He set such a wonderful example of patience and generosity toward his fellow creatures. And that great sense of humor! We think of him with great fondness, and of you, and send your our sympathies and our very best wishes.

My sincere condolences to his family, will miss his whistle for lunch at "Meals for Me". Wonderful man, always with a smile on his face.

Richard, Ellen and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Dick was my guidance counselor at Bangor High in the 70's and helped me tremendously during a difficult time in high school. We kept in touch after graduation and I have fond memories of visiting him and Nita at their Harborside home and sailing on their boat. He was a wonderful person and I will never forget him.

We will miss those hugs and dinners at the Barn with Dickie. RIP

Oh, the memories of Dickie, the Bowditch, and the Sarah Sea! A lot of great times with Dick and Nita! Jim and Bonnie Barden

Mr. Klain was a wonderful man, he always had a smile on his face and brightened the day every time he walked in a room. I have many fond memories of him coming into the store and will always remember my favorite customer and friend.
