Gail, I have many good memories of Dick throughout the years. He was the first I worked with on the midnight shift when I was hired, he came over and was "Santa Claus" for my kids when they were young, we played golf together often, he shared our mutual love for country music with his portable radio setting on the dash of the squad car, (I remember his favorite song was "Satin Sheets by Jeanne Pruett). Known Richard since early 70s. See him often in 41st District Court. RIP old friend and fellow officer.
