Not sure what to say?

Im so sorry to hear of his passing. I met Richie at the Dick Grove Institute in the late 70s. I took so many of his courses and learned so much from him. My interest in percussion was all because of him. Im so blessed to have been in his life for even a short time. Rest in percussion dear Richie.

I had the honor of taking drum lessons from Richard Lepore for 12years.Richie was not only a great teacher but a true friend.I will always miss him and never forget all my fantastic memories. God Bless You Sincerly James F Aiello

Sorry to read of Richie passing I remember him and his brother when they were members of St Bridgetts Drum Corps I was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Drum Corps He was a good drummer. Now he is playing with the best. My condolences to his Family DIck Carbonell

Richie was the best percussion teacher in this area. I learned so much from him as a student and also doing gigs with him. His health problems the last few years caused him to cut back on his playing but the last gig I did with him in Oct '02 - he played great !! Miss you Richie.
