Richard "Dickie" Linyard

Richard Linyard was a trailblazing pioneer. He and his family were also longtime family friends when I was growing up in Chicago. I remember many gatherings at their home in Maywood. I always admired his quiet dignity, and down-to-earth personality. I am deeply saddened to hear of his recent passing.
