Not sure what to say?

Bonnie, I just heard of Dick's passing, I'm so sorry for your loss.
My deepest condolences to you and the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

My...

Bonnie, I just learned about your loss. I always enjoyed Dick's company and credited him for getting me interested in creating great things in the kitchen. I did get to visit with him several weeks ago while he was in the Glenn Cove facility and reminded him of some of the good times we shared. My deepest condolences to you and his family.
