Ruth, Sarah and Adam, I was so very sorry to hear of Rick´s passing. He was without a doubt one of my favourite leaders. Smart, clever, patient and so much fun to work with and share some of life´s most important events. I will never forget the advice and wisdom he shared with me as I had my first daughter. I am so glad I was able to spend time and reconnect with Rick at last year's Earl Open as we had not seen each other for over 40 years. It was as if we had seen each other days before as that's the way it is with good friends. During the three years we spent as teammates/brothers at Brown, we had many ups and downs which bonded us for life and now beyond.
