Records Richard you will be missed my friend. You always had a smile on your face. You touched the lives on many people and I am Thankful my life was one of those. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Condolences to Richard's family. All of us in the newsroom appreciated Richard's friendly manner and thoroughness and willingness to help when we called the police department. He also had a wonderful sense of humor. We can just hear him when the phone rings now, upstairs, saying "Heaven...this is Richard! God Bless the Skains family.
Bruce Gietzen and the News Channel 25 Newsroom

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

"Records, Richard" was truly a delight to know! So many memories of Rich and how he loved good food. Rest In Peace my friend, you truly fought the fight!

Richard was a pleasure to work with while I was at bank of the southwest. I moved to Waco in 1983 and did not know he was living in Waco. I wish I could have met up with him to remember the good old days. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family as he departs this life.
