Not sure what to say?

Upon hearing the death of Damon and then Richard, a shock went through me- it was unbelievable. Richard's smile was kind, and he appeared to be a caring, sensitive man who had empathy for others. Although he was famous and an integral part of a legendary group, he sang as though he felt the words, and he connected with the audience. When I was very young the kids in my neighborhood used to sing along with a record called Greetings, This is Uncle Sam". We all knew the words of the song...

You will be truly missed!! You are with the Lord now. And thank u for all the memories

I just wanted to give my condolences to the Street family. Mr.Street and my dad Adolph Grice went to the same high school and I remember my dad speaking on how the guys would sing. He was a true temptation fan. I truly love heavenly and aiming for your heart. Mr. Street put his Mark on those songs ....beautiful. r.i.p.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the music and talent of you husband. I can watch the Temptations movie over and over. I still enjoy their music. Blessings

Say You. RIP! Richard

A great man is gone, never to be replaced.

I always enjoyed listening to Richard's mellow voice; seeing him perform (even to this day via CD's and videos); and seeing his pleasant smile. A true performer. And one that will truly be missed. May he RIP!

I still remember one singing with the TEMPTATIONS,,A great addition to the group. A man with a great voice...THANKS FOR SHARING

It was Feb 21, 1998 that Mr. Street performed at The Planters Hotel in Brawley, CA.. This performance exceeded all of our expectations. Richard Street, you are missed by many but we smile in remembrance of the songs you have left within our hearts. Thank you to The Man, The Voice, The Legend.
