Not sure what to say?

A good guy died February 4th, Richard Vowles. It seems that the world loses the best people, when it can least afford to do so, but he had finished his work here and was called to a better place. I have found it impossible to accurately describe heaven, but I do know one fact, and that it is that heaven's incomprehensibly better, better than the best we've ever experienced. Now Richard is there, and although we who knew him will miss him terribly we would never deny him his...

It was so fun getting to know Kim's family at the wedding. My thoughts and prayers to out to all of you during this difficult time. I know Richard will be truly missed.

Richard was a pleasure to be around. I loved hearing him brag on his children and grandchildren. He was our office supply delivery man for a long time. I recently ran into him at Lowes and found out he was having medical issues. With that said, he was also still the cheerful, happy person I knew. I am very sorry for your loss in this wonderful man. Although I never met any of his family, I heard about them with his loving words.

We love you Doodah! You have brought great joy and love to so many lives. You'll always be remembered for your kind soul and loving heart! You were an amazing man! It was an honor and I feel so bless to have crossed paths through your beautiful, loving daughter Mesa. You have instilled so many wonderful qualities in her. It was a true honor to spend time with you and watch as you cherished so deeply those moments with your family....ESP those grands! They love you so much! It will be tough...

It's always a "good morning" with Richard! He brightened up the darkest days with his good humor and smile! What an honor to have known he and Kay! We love them and all the Vowles Family, spouses and babes!

Cory and Mesa,
We are very sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I have worked and known Richard since 1986.

We count it a privilege to know Richard and have spent time with him. We will always cherish the time he spent at Four Oaks and being with you at Christmas time. We love you all and know he will be missed by so many people. We love you all. --Verne and Lori

I remember when your mom brought Richard to Tallahassee from San Francisco! He was immediately one of our "family" of friends! He was always so in love with your mom! He was always happy, big smile on his face! He was an amazing man, creative... I used to tease saying some of his furniture was designed by Dr. Suess! He said I was the only one who figured that out! I will miss his cheery "Good Mornin'" when he answers the phone. He was loved by alot of people, but only...

Dear Mesa,

I was saddened to learn of the passing of your dad. I remember you talking about him when you were a student in my class at RHS. I will keep you and your entire family in my thoughts and prayers. If I can do anything to help your sister in law, just let me know.

Sincerely yours,
