Our sincere sympathies on your loss. Dick was our dad's beat partner in Milwaukee for a number of years, and Dad shared many stories with us of their adventures and exploits as M.P.D. officers. Dad described Dick as a "cop's cop", and was proud to have served with him. Dad's been gone 18 years now, but perhaps he and Dick are reunited, and sharing old stories.
