Not sure what to say?

I was part of Rick and Chris' life for a short while, although it has been years since I have seen them both. I was only a teenager. Rick gave me guidance and assurance that everything would always be okay as long as I kept my head held high! I would go with Rick to Tom Landry and help out in his therapy and they even took me to the Granada! I thank my "mom", Laura Roback" for introducing me to him while he was at Baylor Rehab!

For you my love!

My darling Rick, I am miss you so very much. The girls send their love and Bob & Buckaroo & Simone too

I am a GBS liaison and fellow GBS survivor. I have had the privledge of knowing Rick and Chris for 13 years. I remember his first companion dog, Bob! He and Chris were such an inspiration to many other survivors of GBS and their families. They were both always willing to visit patients in the hospital. He will be greatly missed.

i met rick at night owls, he encouraged me to enroll at tom landry and excercise wich i did and always be very gratefull for that, because i am a diabetic for 20 years, and i saw him as a role model for me. rick we all miss you, but we will see you in heaven. sara e allen

I knew Rick for only a few short years from the Baylor/Tom Landry Fitness Center. My favorite memories of Rick are of the gleam in his eye, the warmth of his smile, his always-positive attitude in spite of insurmountable challenges, and his genuine caring and concern for others. Though Rick and I could have lively discussions over our differing social and political opinions, Rick never those things get in the way of our friendship. Rick was a caring, loving, sincere Christian whose home...

I've known Ricky since the first grade and attended school with him through graduation. I can't help but chuckle as I think of him. He used to chase all us girls for a kiss -- in elementary school, no less. He never gave up. I saw him at our 25th class reunion, and it was a joy to see him, again. I feel such a loss at his passing; I can only imagine how hard it must be for Christine and Bob. Blessings to all....

Rick was a large part of my childhood and gave me the love for books and music. That is why I majored in English and still play the piano everyday. He will always be in my heart as a influence for who I am and for being my Godfather.

Rick was a very popular rep at Random House. He had great knowledge of books and publishing, a great sense of humor and got along extremely well with everyone, even a nerdy Jewish kid from the Bronx working for Random House IT.
