This picture depicts the setting in which Mom was most happy - surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and all those adopted into her circle. I am thankful of the privilege of helping to care for her, being the daughter and mother she taught me to be and just being in her presence. She is sorely missed. I can hardly wait till the resurrection to be with her again.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Rita. I wish to extend my condolences and prayers of comfort to her family. My sister who resides in Nelson County informed me of her passing. I met Rita approximately 45-50 years ago. She was a very warm person whom I really enjoyed speaking with.
