Not sure what to say?

Liz, my family and I have thought of and prayed for you often these last weeks. Our paths crossed only briefly at Summit Oaks, but we connected. You brought comfort and joy to me, even though our purpose there was sad in losing our beloved husbands just days apart. May God Bless you Liz ... Loving and hugging on you I am! Jackie T. (Steve)

I have wonderful memories of Uncle Ed from all his talents to his love of "the Vikings"---Norwegian and Minnesotan. Liz and his caring support of Goodwin, my father, during my mother's illness will not be forgotten. He was a true Viking--a compassionate and courageous warrior in all walks of life. Liz, our sympathy goes out to you at this sad time.

My deepest condolences, Liz, as you know. I always enjoyed talking with Ed - he was a good conversationalist, never short on interesting topics. I'm thinking of you,and we'll talk again soon. Jane Dugan

I always admired Uncle Ed's artistic talents and was anxious to visit and see what creative project he was working on now; whether it was building new houses and carving beams to making fine jewelry. I regret that John and I were never able to meet up with him at Vail and take a few ski runs with him.

Ed was a great example for all in his spirit for adventure and living a full and engaged life . What a privilege to have known him.
A true American hero!

Ed was a great guy and I always enjoyed skiing and visiting with him. It was very special to see and visit with both of you at the Spring ski luncheon.

Charleen & I send you our condolences,Liz

Uncle Ed was my mentor and dear friend. He was a gentle soul with a warm and sweet smile. I admired his artistic talents and zest for life. I'll carry him in my heart forever.

A very nice tribute. If everyone could be described as a kind and gentle person, think of how the world would be...
