I worked with Bob when he gave me a job a WABY in Albany, NY. Growing up listen to Bob on WPTR and then working with him was one of the highlights of my radio career.

Bob gave me my first professional break in broadcasting in 1970 while he was GM at WMID in Atlantic City. I spent a wonderful summer as news director/newscaster on the station as Bob did morning drive. I recently found the audition tape that I mailed Bob and his response "dig your voice." He touched so many lives in his career and I will always remember how he helped to launch my radio career. My deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends.

Bob was a good friend of mine and he will
be missed, he worked many years with me as an auxiliary officer in the Old Florida Marine Patrol in Wakulla County, R.I.P. Bob, your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Bob will be missed he worked with me as an auxiliary officer in the old Florida Marine Patrol in Carrabelle. We both worked at one time for the same broadcasting Company that owned Gulf 104 and WANM.

I'm so sorry to hear this sad news...Bob was my supervisor for many years and a really good friend. A fine person with a remarkable work ethic. My heart goes out to his family.

I am sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort surround you.
