Robert Baker, 76, of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, formerly of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a service station manager for the Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) for more than 25 years, died at UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus, in Worcester, Massachusetts, on Thursday, November 8, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Sunday, November 11, 2001, 2-4 p.m., at Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home , 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, November 12, 1 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury. Memorial donations are appreciated to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, Canton, OH 44720. Arrangements entrusted to Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
