Not sure what to say?

Richard and Ruenell Givans: we send our sincere sympathy to Pat and all the Byers Family as you deal with the loss of Dr. Byers. He was a kind doctor with a calming influence before a surgical procedure. He was greatly appreciated and respected. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Byers. I worked for him 35 years ago and still remember what a wonderful person he was. My thoughts are with you in your time of sorrow.

Pat and the Byers family: I have lost my good friend and mentor. I will always remember Bob as the one who inspired me to go into anesthesia and then led out in our anesthesia group. We are praying that the Lord will give you strength and courage. Sincerely, Jerry and Susan Wade

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Pat and her family at this time of sorrow.

To the Byers family from the Milani family; You are all in our thoughts and prayers. We hope hope you find comfort in knowing Bob is in a peaceful place. He was a great friend to Bob Milani, and his son Mark Byers is a kind friend also.

I have so many fond memories of Bob....too many to mention but here are a few: Boulards bar camping trips, CB's, snow play trips (one of which Bob broke his back!), water ski adventures (taught me how...
