Not sure what to say?

Joan, I just checked my e-mails and saw where you'd lost your husband. I'm very sorry. Please know that I am thinking about. Hold on to the good memories - they do help. Frances (Grove) Gladding

Joan - So sorry to hear of your loss. Just wanted you to know that I was thinking of you.

Joan, I am sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. Focus on those joyous memories.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. ~From a headstone in Ireland

Rest in peace Bobby. I will always appreciate the opportunity you gave to a 19 year-old kid to work and learn from you so many years ago. You were the best all around metal worker I ever met. As a perfectionist, you were not shy in correcting my mistakes but did so in a teaching manner. Joan, you may not remember me but I remember you coming to the base now and then. It was funny, Bobby was always on his best behavior at those times! My thoughts and prayers are with you and family.

Joan and Family our love and prayers are with you on the loss of Bobby, your wonderful husband and father.

RIP, SMSgt Daugherty. I hope the family will feel the love and prayers from the Virginia Air Guard family.

Dear Joan and all, I was so saddened to hear of Bobby's passing. I knew he was not well, but not the extent of everything. I know how much you will miss him, but I also know you will rejoice at his being free of pain and suffering no more, at home with our wonderful Lord and Savior. You will all be in my prayers. Much love, Judy

Uncle Bobby,
I was always proud of you and your military service. As an adult I enjoyed discussing politics with you. You were a great guy and a good uncle. Love you always.
