Not sure what to say?

Bob and Sheila,
So sorry for your loss. My prayers are with your family.

Bob will be missed by a lot of people in Hamburg. He was a great man with a great family.... too rare these days. The Hoepfingers are in my thoughts and prayers.

Growing up on Pries Ave., Bob's Store was an integral part of our upbringing! Mr. Hoepfinger was a kind person who put up with all the local kids skidding up to the steps on our bikes blocking the entryway! Penny candy was the "bomb" at Bob's especially when we had to decide just which ten pieces we wanted! My brother Bob would probably say that pitching baseball cards against the side wall of the building was worth the walk up to the store!

He always had a good word for everyone. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Bob Hoepfinger in it.

Your dad was like a second dad to me in South Blfo. He was the best, Pete Herrmann

I remember the Hoepfinger from my childhood days in S, Buffalo. good man. my father owned Johnson's Paint Store and always spoke kindly about Bob. god bless you all in your loss.
With sincere sympathy, Marcia (Johnson) Evancho,

My first job at Dun & Bradstreet I was fortunate to meet my friend and mentor, Bob. I have many fond memories of card games, golf, etc. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

So sorry I missed saying goodbye to a great Dad! I have very fond memories of his dedication nightly, to pitching batting practice at Mulroy & Caz ( mostly for his son but he had to put up with me as well, to shag balls), letting us devour popsicles on the front steps of the store ( sometimes free, Bob ). To Lynn & Cocunut Head ( Bob started it, Jim), a small part of me felt like family for a while and that was what Big Bob was all about! Fortes in Fide!
