Please accept our condolences for you and your family members during this difficult time. Sometimes we may wonder where our loved one's may go but its comforting to know what the bible says about this in Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 " That for the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten. 10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do with all your might, for there is no work nor planning nor knowledge nor...

My condolences, Furman family. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. John 6:40

Dear Carol,Janet & Family,
I'll certainly take a long walk in memory of your beloved brother and uncle. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with this interesting, kind man.
May his adventurous spirit live on in those he loved!
With sincere sympathy,
Mary Sapp

Bob, thanks for one of the most exciting adventures of my life. In 1966, at age 15, we took a little boat trip to NYC in our home-made boat. It seemed impossible, crazy, and dangerous, but we did it! Thank you for inspiring me to be daring and adventurous, and for being a dear friend. Rest in peace, intrepid voyager!

Bob gave me a life time of great memories ,his early morning til late evening adventures always finding humor . May we all experience such a rewarding life .

California bike rides with you will continue to be a fond memory of mine. Thanks for being my Uncle Bobo! Matt and I will continue to think of you, especially during race track season and when we watch our wedding video! Rest in peace.

Janet and Carol and family - so sorry to hear about Bob, you are all in thoughts and prayers. I think Bob and my brother Eddie may have played some pool back in the days! I fondly remember the Class of '68.

One of the great stories and adventures of my life occurred when Bob and I attempted to canoe the Hudson from the Brooklyn Bridge to Albany during the 70s .So many fond memories spending time with him back then . RIP old friend.

Carol, I am so very, very sorry to hear this news. God Bless you all.
