God bless you, Kelley family, in this time of grief. Respect and gratitude to Bob for his service as a law enforcement officer and for the passion, time and effort that he invested into the Atascadero community as a concerned neighbor and city leader.

LaVonne, I am so sorry for your great lose. I've know Bob for over 30 years, I used to see him and Stan at Sunshine donuts every morning before I went to work at Santa Barbara Saving back in the early 80'S. My husband and I loved seeing him many times throughout the years. He was a very wonderful and caring man. He sure loved Atascadero and did his best to serve the community. God Bless you and your family

I had known R.J. Kelley for 51 years when I first met him at the CHP Academy. We were partners on motors for many years. R.J. was in my wedding. He convinced my family to move to the Central Coast, found the lot to build my home, and he and Lavonne entertained us well during the time of our move. Always, full of great humor, first to lend a helping hand, and very quick wit. Bigger than life R.J. will be missed but will remain in our hearts and his soul in our conscience for the...

LaVonne I am so sorry to read about Bob's passing. The obituary was beautiful and spoke of a man who very much enjoyed his life. I am sorry for your loss.

Bob and my father were the best of friends and I also had a good friendship with Bob, so sorry for the loss.
Bob had humor about him and one thing that I still talk about is when we buzzed his house early one Saturday morning. Bob was outside waving us off with a towel as we were low enough to clean the gutters.

Bob supported my son at a city council meeting, when he applied a permit to do his eagle scout project, Bob also spoke at the elks when he received his eagle.

LaVonne....So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I will always remember his big laugh and a few discussions we had over the years. You will always have the greatest memories---you two made so many together. Peace and love be with you....

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Lavonne, so sorry for your loss.Always enjoyed visiting with you & Bob at Lodge functions. Judy
