Not sure what to say?

Our deepest condolences to all the Klenk family. We recently returned home from visiting family and friends and heard of your Dad's passing.

Even tho, many decades have passed since I graduated from Mt. View, when my thoughts drift back to those days, he is always fondly remembered by me with great respect. I considered him a friend. His passing brought back many memories of Bobby, Scott, Jeff and Susan especially at Elk Mountain.

We pray you feel the Lord's arms...

My sympathies to the whole Klenk family and my old sports coach Mrs. Klenk

Dear Mimi and family..................I knew you and your family when we both worked at Blue Ridge. I have many fond memories of your husband and his leadership qualities. I send to you and the family my most sincere sympathies. Marilyn Taylor

Please accept our condolences and prayers at the loss of your husband and father, Robert W. Klenk. His legacy speaks for itself. We will remember him fondly always. Paul and Jeanne Pasko

I only knew him twice, once for the last Phillies night game at the vet, and once at Bobby's house. I thought he was one of the coolest old guys I have ever met. One of the best generation. Bill Furman

Mr. Klenk was the quintessential educator and for many of us the face and spirit of Mountain View during his active tenure and in the years after. He has made an indelible mark on both his student body and faculty and we all owe him a great debt of gratitude for his dedication, honor, and integrity. Our deepest condolences go out to his family and our thoughts and prayers remain with you all during this most difficult time.

Mr. Klenk came into my life when I was 5 years old and he began his first year of teaching at Harford. I have sooooo many wonderful memories of this man. I always felt blessed to be in his company, even during the last visit we had with him at the nursing home. He loved life. My deepest sympathy goes to his family.

Mr. Klenk was a wonderful man, teacher and mentor. He touched so many lives and his spirit lives on in his former students. We are who we are in part because of the role he played in his students lives. Thank-you Mr. Klenk for giving so willingly.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. I have very fond memories of Mr. Klenk from my years at MVJSHS. Dixie Sanders-ross
