I am so sorry Ann for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family. Your Dad is in the best place. I know you will miss him dearly!

Dr. Bob, as I called him many times, was larger than life. I had the great privilege of serving as music director under his pastoral leadership several years ago. He was a friend from day one and for decades beyond the extent of our professional relationship. His charm, good humor, and sometimes mischievous nature were traits I loved and will never forget. I wish all of his beautiful family peace, love & joy as you reflect on the amazing person you called dad, grandpa, husband or friend.

I have fond memories of Dr. Ledbetter. Dave and I visited his parents in Orlando in the summer of 1991. They were very welcoming and gracious, and I recall many evenings lingering at the dinner table, talking religion, philosophy, and literature. One morning, Dr. Ledbetter took us to see the church where he was pastor. He proudly pointed out the architecture, images, and other features as we walked through the church.
