Laurie and family, We were so sorry to hear of Bob's death. He was such a larger-than-life character, it's hard to imagine a world without him. He will always be alive in our memories. And, ah, the stories his memory invokes, like his having young shoplifters sweep the grocery store parking lot--"dispensing a little 'yustice' are we, Bob" was a comment from the police chief.

To the entire Bob O'Gorman fairly, Bob was not just a legend, but legendary. He business acumen was passed on to his family. He will be missed by very many people whose lives he touched in a very special way. Like he did mine. I can only imagine what he said as he passed through the gates of heaven for the first time, and to quote his,"The wonder of it all". God keep you Bob.

It was so wonderful to meet you this past summer at my Aunt Evelyn's birthday party in Zumbrota. As of over a week ago Aunt Evelyn is in the Mayo Health System Nursing Home in Lake City, Minn. She has 3 broken ribs from a couple of falls in her home. She seems to be doing very well there. Keep her in your prayers to have a good recovery. This coming...
