Not sure what to say?

What a special man....that was the first to greet me in to this world!! It was an honor and privilege to have known him....

Met Dr. Reed around 1993 when I started going to him for Aviation Medical Exams. What a wonderful man he was! Honest as the day is long. Always friendly and professional. Bought and read the book he wrote A Drop in a Bucket. Enjoyed his stories about lifting watermelon from open top delivery truck on the go, traveling up the hills on old US 31 North of Rochester. Lol! He sure was a great story teller!

The picture from Father's Day Weekend at Monticello is currently on my refrigerator. I am so thankful for our families' friendships and the memories created. Your house was always a soft place to land...please let your brothers and sisters know I am thinking of all of you. Kathy

Dr Reed was our family doctor, neighbor for awhile, and definitely a member of the "greatest generation". He provided excellent care for patients, and his bedside manner was one of compassion. I remember on one occasion he applied a butterfly bandage to my lip in his living room. His service and dedication to the residents of Mishawaka will long be remembered.

My condolences to the Reed family on the passing of your father. Dr. Reed not only brought me into this world but was our family doctor until his retirement. I have many fond memories of time spent at your family home and my friendship with John. Your father was a pillar of our community and country. His contributions to the community throughout his life touched countless lives. A true hero who was always helping others and never asking for anything in return.

Dr Reed was my family doctor when I was growing up in Mishawaka. He was such a kind, sweet man.
