Rob was immediatly likeable. I remember going to his and Trish's summer BBQ's. He was a gracious host and fun to be with. I know he will be missed by all.

ROB AT MY WEDDING RECEPTION...AS USUAL...HE WAS THE LIFE OF THE PARTY!

I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN BECAUSE THERE'S TOO MANY MEMORIES. I MET ROB IN 1981. THE VERY FIRST TIME HE ASKED ME TO PICK HIM UP AT HIS APARTMENT IN NORWALK TO PLAY SOMEWHERE, I ASKED HIM WHAT NUMBER IT WAS. HE WOULDN'T TELL ME. HE JUST SAID, "DON'T WORRY YOU'LL KNOW WHICH ONE IT IS WHEN YOU GET HERE". SO, WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS A ONE LEVEL BUILDING AND ONE OF THE DOORS HAD A POSTER OF A THUMB PRINT ON THE DOOR. IT TURNED OUT TO BE HIS OWN THUMB PRINT. HE ALSO HAD PRINTED OUT...

Just found out about this today. So sad to hear about my friend and drummer passing. I've known Rob since 1979. He was a very energetic and creative guy with a unique style. He was always friendly and smiling. We had a lot of good times together.
