To Bob's Family:
I was very sorry to learn of Bob's passing. Bob and I go back to the "Terrace Gang" of our youth, who gathered each night at Longfellow Terrace and Sam Williams" store. Bob was a terrific person, and a true friend to many of the Terrace group as we grew older. While Bob was Jewish, and the rest of us were Christian, we were all brothers, although when we took Bob out on group dates, he was often introduced as "Bob Fitzsimmons," which always generated a laugh from him. ...
