Robert and I met through scouting. I was a professional in Midland while he was a volunteer/donor. He was a great man. He always had a smile, a kind word and sometimes if you were lucky a good story!

Robert and I knew each other in both professional and personal venues. He was one of my youngest son's first soccer coaches and later we were active adult leaders in Scouting. He led my son and others into the wilderness for an eighty mile trek at Philmont Scout ranch in Cimmaron, NM. He unselfishly gave his time and effort to youth in our community.
