We would like to say that Bob was one of the most influential and important educators that we had the pleasure of serving with during our educational careers. Bob was exceptionally well read and knowledgeable about education. He left a very positive and honorable hand print during his career. Well done, sir!

We have lost a dedicated, caring man. Good bye Mr Winter. No more pain!

I'm sorry to read of the loss of your loved one. May memories comfort you and prayers offered by friends and family help strengthen you all to endure the difficult days ahead. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

Bob Winter was not only a wonderful administrator, who straightened out a lot of "knots" in the Montville school system, he was a devoted champion of his staff, and a valued and appreciated friend. I will never forget his gracious help, nor will i ever forget him .God's blessings to Bonnie and family - love, terry

We are pleased that we had the opportunity to know Bob when you moved to the Heritage at Towne Lake . Our deepest sorrow for your loss.
