Just received a note from my step-mother regarding Bob. Believe it or not I think of Bob every year on Dec. 22, it's the beginning of when the days become longer. I'm so sorry to hear he has passed. I wish you strenght during this time.

I am so sorry to hear about Bobby's death. From talking with Carol, I know he suffered a lot. As you all suffered with him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. And, now, your mother can keep him in line.

I saw note up in Birthplace and I wanted to write something. I know that this is the time that all those memories you have collected become the greatest comfort. I know that Bob is finding comfort in them also. He is watching over all of you. If there is anything I can do to help let me know. Your in my thoughts.

Miles may separate us, but our hearts are made of the same stuff. Please remember us a resource if you need anything. Bless you, Patrick and Nick.

Our hearts go out to you today and in the days to come. Please know that your family is in our family's thoughts and prayers. And, we are sure that Nick and Patrick's classmates at DeLaSalle will be a source of understanding and support.

I will sse you at Inccarnation tonight. I knew that Bob was ill, I just did not know how sick he was.

I was so sorry to read about "Bobby's " death. It's always a terrible loss but seems magnified at this time of year.
