Not sure what to say?

I spent many nights working at Berardi and sons. The brothers, their father and sister were all class acts. They brought so much to the Boulder way of life that people of today have no clue of.

So Sorry to hear that Rog took the dive. People like him are few and far away and the association of getting to know him well, was as much fun to look at him while listening to his stories, was a real fun one time only experience. So sorry. The fun things in life are the people you meet and get to know. My bests for his family. Roger Nisbet

Saddened to hear that Roger has passed!
He was a great guy! Happy trails old friend! Dusty Drapes

So sad to lose a much loved "character". We fondly remember long evenings at our condo in Boulder with Roger and Julie. Our hearts go out to Julie and the family. Love, Arlin and Liz

Since I am such a "dinosaur" with technology my mesage wasn't finished! Just wanted to say how your entire family touched my heart and what good memories I have of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. With lots of love, appreciation. Beth Guilford Newton

My dad and Roger's dad both worked on a rock crusher during the depression, and we always headed to Berardi's in Louisville when it opened. Of course I knew Roger through school as we were in football together. After he opened his restaurant on North Broadway I ate there many times, as well as the place in what is now LoDo. Lost track of him after his namesake restaurants closed. Always sad to have a fellow Knight pass.

so sorry about this , no one lived larger! he will be missed

Julie, sorry to read this. Roger was a good man, Juanita's was a great restaurant and bar, and supported many years of our volleyball teams. He will be missed.
