I heard of Roger's death just today. I regret not knowing in time to attend the funeral. I always thought the world of Roger. Tom, you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry.

Uncle Rog,

Troy, Tony and their wife’s, my Dad, along with the rest of the family had a nice funeral and reception for you on August 15th. The church service went well as can be expected. The United States Air Force had funeral support present. They gave you a 21-gun salute and presented your family with your service flag. I am very saddened to hear of the news of Roger's passing in an email from my wife, Robin, but I also know that he is now in a much better place and that he is suffering no more.
