Roman Lehman, age 64, of Nappanee, passed away at 5:59 a.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at his residence.  He was born March 10, 1956 in Elkhart to Amos A. and Sarah Emma (Miller) Lehman.  On March 19, 1977 he married Deb Losee in Nappanee.  Roman enjoyed fishing and hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.  Roman was a member of the Church of the Brethren.  He was a former Nappanee Firefighter.

Surviving are his wife, Deb Lehman, Nappanee; daughter, Angela (Cedric) Rollins, Elkhart; son, Randy (Ashley) Lehman, Goshen; grandchildren, Gavin Rollins, Maleah Rollins, Cedric Jr. Rollins, Daryuanna Rollins, Daryene Rollins, Isaac Lehman, Griffin Lehman; siblings, Eli (Irene) Lehman, Milford, Herb (Joan) Lehman, Nappanee, Laura Mae Borkholder, Nappanee, Betty (Dale) Troyer, Nappanee, Glen (Thelma) Lehman, Nappanee; sister-in-law, Frieda Lehman.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Willis Lehman; brother-in-law, Jake Borkholder.

Family and friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, August 7, 2020 and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Saturday, August 8th at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, and one hour prior to the 4 p.m. funeral, Sunday, August 9th at Nappanee Missionary Church.  Rev. Byrl Shaver, with Nappanee Church of the Brethren, will officiate.  Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to Center for Hospice or Nappanee Church of the Brethren.

You were the strongest man I knew. I’m so glad we were able to meet and have breakfast a few years back. You were a great person to meet. Thank you for being such a great guy like my dad has always told me. I will always remember you. Love and prayers to the family.

Roman was one of the kindest men you will meet. He was a man with a huge heart for his family. He always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by many!

Roman, you were a good pal. I am glad you had a good life.
