Not sure what to say?

Ron Sylvester was my biology teacher at SHS. He was the best teacher I ever had, all the kids in my class adored him. He had a different approach than the teachers we were used to, he was open and willing to listen, and always ready to laugh .... not the norm in those days. His class was the highlight of my day. One day he was walking down the hallway as I was crossing another day off my locker calendar with a big red marker. He stopped and asked what that was about and I told him I...

Dear Sylvester Family, so very saddened by this news. Ron was such a great man, mentor, and professional. He recognized the challenges, and joys of the work with special students, and approached them with creativity and compassion. I was proud to be a member of his team. So very sorry for your loss. Jody Conner (Stiers) and Tim Mint Hill, North Carolina

Sally, I just read about Ron's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Ron was such a good Husband and Father, and I remember many good times with you. May you find strength. Sincerely, Joanne Kerr

Sally and Eric, So sorry for your loss. I hope that God comforts you in your time of need and healing. Grant Clark

Sally,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of Ron. He was my high school biology teacher and later on, a friend. I remember you and he dancing at one of our class of 66 reunions and thinking how happy you both were! We saw each other ar wrestling matches in which your son Ryan pinned my son Gordon every time! And at our Son Sean's wedding. Such good memories of such wonderful people. Sincerely, Cynthia Cruse Hudelson, Torrington, Wyoming

Sally,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sally and Eric,
I was so sad to hear of Ron's passing. The times we shared with your family will be with me forever. God bless you both and know that Ron has found peace with Ryan.

Sally, I was shocked when I learned of Ron's passing. He was always one of my favorite former students and I like to think I had a bit of influence on him to become a biologist and teacher. I know that he had a lot of influence on his students and he was well respected and admired by everyone that knew him.
His passing is a terrible loss for everyone. Our condolences to you and your family. Guido and Edie Smith,Torrington, WY
