Rosemary D. Brown, 60, a resident of London, formerly of Helena, died Sunday, May 27, 2007, at Saint Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith. She was born May 14, 1947, in Tallulah, Louisiana to Eugene Coleman and Hilly Ernestine Blair DeCamp. She was a seamstress for Bobbie Brooks Clothing in Helena for over 15 years; she was a member of the Eastern Star; and was a supporter of the DAV Auxiliary. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in West Helena and the Grace Missionary Baptist in Russellville. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and two sisters. Survivors include her husband of almost 40 years, Ivan Brown of London; a son, Lance Edward Brown of Booneville; a brother, William Chapman DeCamp of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Norma Jean Hawkins of Russellville and Lavenia Gregory of Jonesboro; numerous nephews and nieces; and other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2007, at the Shinn Chapel with Bro. Carl Faulkner of Hardy officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service. Honorary pallbearers will be James Robert Brown II, Sid Hawkins, Clinton Hawkins, Bradley Ralph, David Ralph Jr., Hollie Gregory, and Stacey Ford. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at the funeral home.
