Not sure what to say?

The "Hornet" as we sometimes called Joe, was as tough a man as I have known. He was also a kind and gentle soul. May he rest in peace. .....Jeff Laub

Sending my deepest sympathies to Gilbert, Cody and the rest of the Birdsall family. Joe was a bright spot in your lives and mine and I am so sorry that his journey has ended so soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you and with Joe. Much love to all of you.

Our deepest sympathies to the entire Birdsall family during this most difficult time. Please know, God is near to those that are broken at heart, and those crushed in spirit he saves.

Hi Family. I sure wish I could be there with all of you to talk about memories of what a fun sense of humor Joe had. So glad I got to grow up with Dick & Joe. We had a lot of good times. Joe was only about 10 months older than me. Lee & I are 5 months into our 2 yr. mission in Colorado. We wish you all our prayers & our love & condolences. Much love, Margo (Birdsall) & Lee Rosenhan
