Read MoreWhen I was 14 years old, I went to court with my Mom for riding a dirt bike on the street. The Judge was Roy Bean, a former LAPD Officer. He asked my Mom if I had good grades, etc, and then gave me a minimal fine.
Now, I'm a Captain with the LAPD and a thirty-year veteran of the Department.
