Not sure what to say?

Dear Karen,
Roy was one of my very favorite people in our profession and among the staff at UCBSO. When I was struggling along in the early years of my optometric education, Roy offered me kindness, guidance and a wonderful sense of humor at a time when I desperately needed it. He was a great man, a kind man, a gentle man and I will never forget him. Darlene and I send our condolences to you and your families.

With respect and best regards,
Pete and Darlene Weber

Karen and Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Roy. He was one on my mentors both as a fourth year student and later as an early faculty member. He will be remembered not only for his teaching but for his friendship. There are many of us who are better optometrists due to his valued instruction.
