Frank was one of the very first people we met when we moved to Livingston ... he was so friendly and made us feel welcome ... I will remember his big smile and great sense of humor. My prayers are with all the family as they grieve but pray their mourning will be eased with the peace of knowing their loved one is home with our Lotd and we shall see him again in Heaven.
